A global law firm is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager. This position is fully remote and is essential in supporting their marketing efforts, particularly through the management of webinars and related initiatives.
The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will work closely with practice leaders and lawyers to showcase the firm’s thought leadership and brand differentiators in the marketplace. This role will be responsible for webinar intake, planning, promotion, and execution. This position requires an agile self-starter with accomplished critical thinking skills and can demonstrate excellent attention to detail. To be successful in this role, this position can prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with little to no supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Serves as a liaison for webinar support; this includes but is not limited to serving as the primary point of contact to drive the execution of the webinar such as joining planning calls, drafting electronic invites, scheduling tech runs, coordinating email schedules, requesting CLE credits, attending webinars while keeping the stakeholders informed.
Required Experience
Provides support to the firm’s webinar programs by using strong organizational skills and exhibiting a strong attention to detail. This includes serving as a liaison to work cross-functionally to fulfill logo placements, branded content creation, and presence during webinars.
Ability to utilize company resources to complete tasks.
Assists in compiling presentations, key metrics, and reports to leadership.
Utilizes ServiceNow! to track all workflow; InterAction for CRM; and Zoom webinar platform.
Assists with day-to-day requests such as bio updates, reports, and research per SLA turnaround times.
Actively participates in lawyer meetings as requested/appropriate.
Other duties as assigned.

Perform all other duties, tasks or projects as assigned.

Minimum Education: 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years experience in marketing and/or business development in a law firm environment.

Have working knowledge of webinar operations and marketing.
Must know how to do and manage firm webinars.
Proficient in working with Zoom or other webinar platforms.
Familiarity with ServiceNow, InterAction, and Venture.

Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict and moving deadlines.
Confident with the ability to build relationships with internal and external contacts as well as practice and firm leaders.
