Job Description
Under limited supervision, plans, coordinates, leads, and monitors quality improvement and patient safety initiatives for ambulatory transplant services. Accountable for the overall quality of ambulatory transplant care provided at UMMC as well as compliance with UNOS, OPTN, CMS and Joint Commission Standards.

Job Description
Under limited supervision, plans, coordinates, leads, and monitors quality improvement and patient safety initiatives for ambulatory transplant services. Accountable for the overall quality of ambulatory transplant care provided at UMMC as well as compliance with UNOS, OPTN, CMS and Joint Commission Standards.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited School of Nursing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. Masters Degree preferred. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland is required.
- A minimum of five years of progressively responsible professional experience performing Quality Management, Utilization Management or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience in the field of solid organ transplantation
