Job Title: PLM Teamcenter Specialist
Location: San Francisco Bay Area
Job Summary:
We are looking for a PLM Teamcenter Specialist to design, implement, and maintain Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions using Siemens Teamcenter. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to enhance PLM processes, ensure system efficiency, and support business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and customize Siemens Teamcenter solutions based on business needs.
- Manage PLM system upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
- Develop and optimize Workflows, BOM Management, Change Management, and CAD Integrations.
- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to improve PLM functionalities.
- Develop and maintain Teamcenter BMIDE, ITK, RAC, Active Workspace (AWC), and NX Integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Teamcenter-related issues to ensure system stability.
- Provide end-user support and training on PLM best practices.
- Develop reports and dashboards to enhance data visibility and decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
- Expertise in BMIDE, ITK, RAC, SOA, AWC, CAD Integrations (NX, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of PLM architecture, deployment, and administration.
- Experience in C/C++, Java, Perl, or TCL for customization.
- Familiarity with database management (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based PLM deployments.
- Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, or CI/CD in PLM environments.
- Siemens Teamcenter certification is a plus
