100% Remote - CTH role
Project:
This contract will support their Employer Portal product. This will join a team of a manager a few admins, and 4 other salesforce developers. This role will heavily utilize experience cloud and integrations in this product launch.
Develop, manage, and implement the Customer Relationship Management (CRM), currently Salesforce, strategy by collaborating with C level positions within the organization to drive and support sales growth and customer retention goals.
The CRM (Salesforce) Administrator is accountable for the successful delivery of CRM technology-related projects, phases, and / or components of projects which include highly complex business rules and processes that directly impact the strategic business units goals and objectives.
Design, customize and implement complex business processes including workflows, APEX code, and API integration while maintaining the data integrity and security of multiple environments within the CRM (Salesforce) system.

Excellent Communication Skills both written and oral
Proficient with Salesforce CRM
CSM Standard Package Implementation: We have a backlog of departments to implement our existing CSM build for, as well as enhancements to implement for our existing user base. Each department is allowed a few configuration customizations, as well as standard functionality.
Sales & Marketplace Enhancements: Our Sales & Marketing user bases currently have a combination of both declarative and programming functionality with a backlog of enhancements.

Experienced in SFDC Development implementing APEX Classes and APEX Triggers
Experienced using Web service integration using SOAP and REST API, SOQL, SOSL
Experienced in designing and implementing Aura or Lightning Web Components
Experienced in change management processes and code reviews

Experience in designing and coding asynchronous process using future, batchable, queueable, schedulable and continuation Apex
