Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Network and A/V Engineer to design, deploy, and manage high-availability network infrastructure and security solutions while supporting A/V operations for meetings and live events. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cisco and Palo Alto networking, automation tools like Tufin and Ansible, and Palo Alto Panorama for security management. Additionally, experience with Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex video conferencing systems is required to ensure smooth audiovisual operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Network Engineering:

  • Build, deploy, and operate next-generation network and cloud security solutions using Cisco and Palo Alto.
  • Design and implement network automation processes and workflows using Tufin and Ansible.
  • Manage Palo Alto Panorama, ensuring secure and scalable network configurations.
  • Deploy, maintain, and manage network switch infrastructure, including routers and switches.
  • Implement and oversee Next-Gen security platforms (Firewall/IPS) and network security compartments.
  • Ensure optimized network operations for cloud, WAN, VPN, firewalls, and internet connections.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues while ensuring compliance with IBM Security standards.
  • Apply engineering and operations excellence to proof-of-concept deployments and infrastructure improvements.
  • Execute network change, configuration, and performance management


A/V Engineering:

  • Set up and deploy audiovisual equipment, including speakers, monitors, cameras, and video conferencing systems.
  • Support live and broadcast events, ensuring high-quality audio and video performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with meeting and collaboration spaces, particularly with Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex.
  • Conduct testing and signal checks to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on audiovisual systems as needed.
  • Assist with media operations for broadcast-quality events in auditoriums and meeting rooms.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in network engineering and security infrastructure.
  • Strong expertise in Cisco and Palo Alto networking, including Next-Gen security solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with network automation tools like Tufin and Ansible.
  • Experience with Palo Alto Panorama for centralized network security management.
  • Proficiency in managing video conferencing tools, especially Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex.
  • Knowledge of audiovisual setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance for meetings and live events.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network and A/V infrastructure issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with IBM Security standards and industry best practices for security compliance.
