The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights. This role requires close collaboration with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure seamless data integration and visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that meet business requirements.
• Data Integration: Connect Tableau to various data sources, including data lakes, ensuring real-time or batch data access.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers and analysts to understand data structures and business needs, translating them into effective visualizations.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize dashboards for performance, ensuring efficient data retrieval and visualization.
• Data Validation: Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
• Documentation: Document dashboard designs, data sources, and integration processes for future reference.

Mandatory Skills:

• Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Tableau Developer, with a strong portfolio of interactive dashboards and reports.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data integration and managing large datasets.
• Familiarity with data lake architectures and experience integrating Tableau with data lakes.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present data insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
