Key Responsibilities:
Lead the testing lifecycle for Oracle Cloud O2C modules (e.g., AR, OM, Pricing, Billing, Collections, etc.).
Define and execute test strategies, plans, scenarios, and scripts based on business and system requirements.
Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams to validate configurations and integrations.
Manage defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking through testing cycles.
Provide guidance on test automation and performance testing approaches where applicable.
Ensure alignment with project timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
Support UAT planning and execution, acting as the key liaison between business and QA teams.
Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and ensure traceability of requirements to test cases.

Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in ERP testing with at least 3 years in Oracle Cloud ERP (O2C focus).
Deep functional understanding of the O2C lifecycle and related Oracle Cloud modules.
Proven experience in leading SIT, UAT, and regression testing cycles in Oracle Cloud environments.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with testing tools like HP ALM, JIRA, Zephyr, or Oracle Test Manager.
Knowledge of integration testing with systems like Salesforce, CPQ, or third-party logistics is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Cloud Certification in Financials or Supply Chain.
Experience in Agile project environments.
Familiarity with automated testing tools like Selenium or Oracle ATS.
