
Windows Server Administrator
Requirements:
- 7 or more years Experience in managing physical and logical network infrastructures.
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux OS administration.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Calling for voice services (3+ years).
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing server performance metrics.
- Experience with reviewing and interpreting system logs for troubleshooting (3+ years).
- Experience in implementing server upgrades, patches, and new OS releases.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and manage Windows and Linux-based servers.
- Handle server performance tuning and resource optimization.
- Troubleshoot user and system-reported server issues.
- Implement and maintain secure backup and disaster recovery systems.
- Manage access controls, firewalls, and overall server security.
- Maintain server documentation including internal wikis, manuals, and IT policies.
- Support and train internal staff on new systems and tools.
