Windows Server Administrator

Requirements:

• 7 or more years Experience in managing physical and logical network infrastructures.
• Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux OS administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Calling for voice services (3+ years).
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing server performance metrics.
• Experience with reviewing and interpreting system logs for troubleshooting (3+ years).
• Experience in implementing server upgrades, patches, and new OS releases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and manage Windows and Linux-based servers.
• Handle server performance tuning and resource optimization.
• Troubleshoot user and system-reported server issues.
• Implement and maintain secure backup and disaster recovery systems.
• Manage access controls, firewalls, and overall server security.
• Maintain server documentation including internal wikis, manuals, and IT policies.
• Support and train internal staff on new systems and tools.
