Job Description:
New Jersey location preferred. Candidate will have heavy interaction with client and will be on a fast paced team. Needs to be able to politely say no and have strong people skills. Microsoft Dynamics Field Service and Case Management Call Center Architect experience is required.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics solutions, including Dynamics 365, to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical expertise on Dynamics capabilities.
Configure and customize Dynamics entities, forms, workflows, and business rules.
Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
Create and maintain Dynamics reports, dashboards, and analytics to monitor and improve business performance.
Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics applications and integrations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics features and functionalities, and recommend and implement improvements as appropriate.
Ensure compliance with Dynamics best practices and development standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, assisting with Dynamics-related inquiries and issues.
Document Dynamics configurations, customizations, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm s respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Dynamics Architect or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, including Dynamics 365.
Proficiency in Dynamics development, including customization, configuration, and extensions.
Experience with Dynamics administration, including user management, access controls, and system configurations.
Familiarity with Dynamics Sales, Customer Service, or other Dynamics modules.
Understanding of software development methodologies and principles.
