System Administrator
Location: 100% Remote (within the U.S.) Monthly Onsite meeting required
Interview: In-person / onsite
Preferred:
Additional experience with Microsoft Teams Calling.
Familiarity with Atos and DIR processes.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, Exchange, Office 365.
Install, configure, and manage Windows and Linux servers.
Administer server hardware, software, and network tools.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system integrity.
Implement data protection, backup, and disaster recovery procedures.
Manage security protocols such as firewalls, access controls, and MFA.
Upgrade systems and install patches/releases as needed.
Provide training and documentation support through internal wikis/manuals.
Support Microsoft Teams Calling configurations and administration.
Collaborate with IT teams, vendors (Atos), and follow DIR standards.
Analyze logs and metrics to optimize server performance and security.
