  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Rental ERP system implementation. The ideal candidate should possess a strong mix of technical skills and functional understanding to support system configuration, customization, integration, and optimization aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support ERP implementation projects, including configuration, customization, and integration tasks.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and recommend system solutions.

  • Perform end-to-end testing, issue resolution, and provide technical support.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional and technical specifications.

  • Deliver training sessions and post-implementation support to end-users.

  • Coordinate with IT, finance, and operations teams to continuously enhance system functionality.

  • Ensure adherence to best practices, data security policies, and business compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Rental ERP system implementations (experience with RentalMan ERP is highly preferred).

  • Strong techno-functional expertise, with capabilities in configuration, customization, and issue resolution.

  • In-depth knowledge of modules related to equipment rental, inventory management, contracts, and financials.

  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both business and technical stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently and work effectively within US time zones.
