Position Summary:
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join the Enterprise CLM Solutions team, specifically supporting Run State Maintenance initiatives. This remote role requires close collaboration with business owners to analyze needs, define requirements, and support the ongoing configuration and optimization of the platform.
Primary Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders to identify problems and define system needs related to Icertis and related platforms
Translate business requirements into functional specifications
Lead cost-benefit analysis and support business case development for new initiatives or major enhancements
Prepare proposals outlining solutions aligned with business needs
Develop and maintain documentation for user requirements and system functionality
Participate in peer reviews and requirements inspections
Support post-implementation testing and analysis to ensure business objectives are met
Assist in creating training materials and programs to support end-users of new or enhanced applications
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proven experience in creating functional and technical specifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with project management principles and Agile methodology
Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines, and maintain detailed organization
Effective collaboration and customer service orientation
Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Syntex
Experience supporting SaaS applications, particularly CLM platforms
Preferred: Experience with Icertis platform configuration
Bonus: Familiarity with Jira and Agile work management tools
