The Role

Responsible for acquiring, overseeing and managing the strategic channel relationships with significant customers on a global level. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong channel partnerships, ensuring partner satisfaction and customer success, and driving growth opportunities for the company. This is an individual contributor role (initially) with an opportunity to lead a team in the future.

Skills/Experience

  • Domain experience within Telecommuncations, specifically with UC, UCaaS or CCaaS
  • A strong track record of individual sales success, including winning new business.
  • Experience with channel sales, specifically selling into the channel e.g. to large MSPs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
