KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Global Standards & Market Research

  • Develop and implement global standards and best practices for spa and wellness services.
  • Ensure alignment with brand values while considering regional cultural nuances.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
  • Analyse consumer preferences and local regulations to tailor wellness offerings for each location.

Implementation & Operations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create detailed implementation plans for new spa locations.
  • Oversee the rollout of spa and wellness programs, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Monitor performance and make data-driven adjustments to enhance guest satisfaction.

Training & Team Development

  • Design and implement training programs to maintain service excellence and uphold global standards.
  • Mentor and develop spa managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Establish and enforce quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and luxury service.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with operational benchmarks.

Collaboration & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, wellness experts, and local authorities.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and promote spa offerings.

Budget & Financial Management

  • Develop and oversee budgets for spa operations, ensuring financial targets are met without compromising service quality.
  • Analyse financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.

Guest Experience & Innovation

  • Champion a guest-centric approach, ensuring every spa visit delivers a transformative and memorable experience.
  • Gather and analyse client feedback to refine and enhance service offerings continuously.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in spa management, wellness program development, or global operations.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing standards and best practices across multiple locations.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness and the ability to work across diverse regions.
  • Deep knowledge of wellness trends, spa treatments, and holistic health practices.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
