  • Zone B (Dallas, Atlanta, Denver, Chicago, Miami, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Minneapolis, Phoenix): $140,000-$180,000
  • Zone C (All other cities/states): $120,000-$160,000

Job Details

Seeking a skilled Data & ML Engineer to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business strategies. This role plays a key part in leveraging data analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to improve business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and analytical Data & ML Engineer with experience in handling large datasets and deriving meaningful insights. This role focuses on developing predictive models, analyzing business trends, and supporting automation initiatives through advanced data techniques.

What You'll Do:

Gathering data from diverse sources, cleaning, transforming, and structuring data for machine learning model training.
Extract, clean, and analyze data to generate insights that support business strategies.
Develop and deploy predictive models to enhance marketing, lead generation, and operational efficiency.
Create dashboards and reports that effectively communicate data-driven insights.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend data-backed solutions for business growth.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into company operations.

What We're Looking For:

Strong experience in extracting, cleaning, and analyzing data to generate actionable insights.
Proficient in designing, using, and integrating both relational and columnar databases for data warehousing, business intelligence, and machine learning.
Proven ability to develop and deploy predictive models to enhance marketing, lead generation, and operational efficiency.
Experience creating impactful dashboards and reports using tools( e.g. Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions for business growth.
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into operations.
Proficiency in Python or R, with experience using data science libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).

Nice to Have:

Experience with data warehousing systems Snowflake, Redshift), data pipelines (Apache Kafka, Spark), and distributed computing platforms (Hadoop, AWS EMR)
Knowledge of advanced statistical methods and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline architectures.
Background in marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and lead generation strategies.
Proficiency in designing and analyzing experiments to test hypotheses (A/B Testing).
Experience in the legal industry or with legal data.
Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline data workflows.

Skills & Mindset:

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Entrepreneurial and adaptable mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills to translate complex data insights for non-technical stakeholders.
