Director of Accounting
Global Accounting Manager
Remote | $170,000 + 20% Bonus
Privately Held | PE-Backed | $4B Global Technology Organization
District Partners is building out the Accounting team for one of the most profitable, high-growth technology companies you’ve never heard of. Backed by a leading private equity sponsor, they’re scaling aggressively across North America, Europe, and APAC — and they’re investing in infrastructure, not just headcount.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to blend big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. You'll serve as a key contributor to the global accounting and reporting function, helping tighten processes, drive consistency, and shape how financials are produced across the enterprise.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead global close and consolidation cycles across multiple business units and currencies
- Collaborate with international accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Support internal and external audit processes and own critical areas of compliance
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement scalable solutions
- Assist with policy standardization and help guide accounting treatment for complex issues
- Play a critical role in the modernization of finance systems and tools
What We’re Looking For:
- Public/private blend preferred (CPA strongly preferred)
- 7+ years of accounting experience, ideally including global consolidation and multi-entity reporting
- Strong grasp of US GAAP and experience navigating fast-paced, evolving environments
- Comfort working across global time zones and building bridges across teams
- Bonus if you’ve worked in PE-backed or tech-forward companies in scale-up mode
This role is fully remote, with optional travel based on business needs and your interest level.
