We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer for our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of our innovative, fast-paced environment where your work will have a direct impact on the reliability and efficiency of our scientific operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in E&I, Instrumentation, Preventative Maintenance, PPM, and Quality Assurance. With a minimum of 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and resilience of all our scientific equipment and processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement reliability plans that support increasing the uptime of our scientific equipment and processes.
2. Utilize your expertise in E&I and Instrumentation to maintain and improve the performance and reliability of our equipment.
3. Implement and manage a robust Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule to reduce equipment downtime and increase productivity.
4. Lead quality assurance initiatives to ensure all processes meet our rigorous standards.
5. Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
7. Provide technical support and guidance to the maintenance team.
8. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skill sets of the maintenance team.
9. Continually monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
10. Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in reliability engineering and apply this knowledge to our operations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Reliability Engineer or similar role within the scientific industry.
3. Proven experience with E&I, Instrumentation, Preventative Maintenance, PPM, and Quality Assurance.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Proficient in the use of reliability analysis software and tools.
7. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
8. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
9. Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
10. Continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
