Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of transactional experience in private equity or M&A.
  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Strong background in handling corporate transactions for both public and private companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and advancing within a partnership track.
  • Admission to the New York Bar required.
