We provide our customers with an extensive line of construction, forestry, snow removal, and landscaping equipment in counties throughout Pennsylvania. We also serve surrounding communities with our 24-hour towing and hauling services. Our new facility in Warrington includes a state-of-the-art service department, an expansive equipment showroom, and a well-stocked parts department, serving customers with all makes and models of heavy equipment and heavy-duty trucks alike.

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Earthborne Trucks and Equipment. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and well-being of our employees while driving the company's growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-cycle HR support, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and offboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, advertise open positions, and conduct interviews to attract and select top talent.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork completion, benefits enrollment, and policy training.
  • Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Resolve employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a resource for employees regarding benefits questions and issues.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs, aligning with company goals and industry best practices.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, laws, and regulations, ensuring compliance and recommending improvements to HR practices.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in GSuite and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with Isolved platform helpful
