
Laborer (Cart Attendant)
Performs simple golf cart maintenance (i.e. replenishes fuel/charge levels, washes), readies golf carts for customer use, including pulling golf carts to the proper staging area for daily and tournament play. Ensures that all carts are free of debris, clean, and in good working order. Cleans and inspects rental equipment (golf clubs and pull carts). Removes debris around buildings, waters lawns around buildings, and empties all garbage containers around and in the buildings. Assists in the maintenance of course grounds and facilities using simple powered equipment such as clippers, weed trimmers, pressure sprayers, powered pavement vacuums, and wet vacuums or steam cleaners. Picks up range balls from the driving range with mechanized equipment, also washes golf balls and loads dispensing machine. Cleans glass partitions, mirrors, and inside and outside windows using stepladders and extension ladders. Maintains restrooms in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition. Cleans, disinfects, and deodorizes lavatories, urinals, and toilet bowls. Replaces deodorizers, toilet tissue, hand towels, and soap. Maintains supply of cleaning materials and advises supervisor when more supplies are needed

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Qualifying Experience:
No previous experience or training is required. Must be able to use, control, and clean common hand tools, and simple power equipment. Must be able to follow oral and/or written instructions. Must be physically able to frequently lift and carry medium to heavy objects up to 40 pounds and be able to occasionally lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds. Must be able to actively bend, stoop, stand, reach, and work in awkward positions. Work is performed outside in all kinds of weather and inside in areas that may be dusty, drafty and noisy. Mishandling of the equipment, tools and tasks involved may result in injuries that are more serious.
Must be able to satisfactorily complete a preemployment physical. Must satisfactorily complete a Background Investigation Tier 1 Level. Must have valid driver's license. Must provide current driving record.
Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution.
