Due to growth, we have an immediate need for a BAS Field Programmer & Engineer with a strong understanding of ALC Controls.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and maintain a database of control programs and systems
+ Collaborate with the installation team to ensure proper wiring and control device installation
+ Conduct testing and troubleshooting of control programs
+ Integrate systems with on-board microprocessors
+ Document system performance and verify compliance with design specifications
+ Provide control drawings to the engineering and drafting teams
+ Deliver test documentation and reports to clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
+ Mechanical Engineering degree preferred
+ 5+ years of experience in controls engineering
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and electrical schematics
+ Strong knowledge of HVAC control systems and electrical schematics
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
+ Proficient in MS Office, Windows XP, file structures, and basic TCP/IP network configuration
+ Familiarity with Visio is a plus, but not mandatory
+ Experience with ALC Controls and/or other DDC control systems
