Seeking a Cyber Program Coordinator with Training experience
Main Responsibilities: The Cyber Program Coordinator will support the planning, facilitation, and delivery of the Cyber Workshops and Tabletop Exercises (TTXs). This contractor role involves managing logistics, supporting live session delivery, and helping develop content that reflects current cyber risks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and familiar with cyber threat trends and terminology. Workshop Support & Facilitation
o Assist with live delivery of cyber workshops and tabletop exercises, helping present injects, manage session flow, and document feedback.
o Support scenario development with awareness of real-world cyber threats and incidents.
o Contribute to the storytelling and pacing of exercises to maintain realism and engagement.
Program Coordination
o Coordinate logistics such as scheduling, registrations, and technical support (Zoom/Teams).
o Serve as a primary contact for participant communications and pre/post-event coordination.
o Prepare and manage participant packets, guides
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
