Responsibilities
As a Project Management Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

4. Managing project budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

6. Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks.
7. Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.
8. Conducting project post-mortems and creating detailed reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Project Management Engineer role will have:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
2. A minimum of five years of experience in project management within an engineering environment.
3. Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred.
4. Proven experience in developing and finalizing reports and work plans.
5. Demonstrated experience in determining the necessary equipment, materials, and personnel needed to safely execute a project.
6. Strong budget management skills, including budget preparation, analysis, decision-making, and reporting.
7. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage stakeholders and build strong relationships.
9. Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for thinking on your feet and making quick decisions when necessary.
