Responsibilities:
- Technician Coordination:
- Check in technicians upon arrival.
- Ensure technicians have the necessary information and tools to complete the circuit swap.
- Check out technicians upon completion of their tasks.
- Connection Testing:
- Test the connection post-swap to ensure functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during testing.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of technician check-ins and check-outs.
- Document any issues encountered and the steps taken to resolve them.
Technology Stack:
- Meraki:
- Utilize both GUI and CLI interfaces for managing and troubleshooting network connections.
Qualifications:
- Experience with circuit migration projects.
- Proficiency in using Meraki GUI and CLI.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
