Position Overview
A Production Manager is a key member of the manufacturing team, responsible for ensuring efficient production that meets quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, production expertise, and the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve business objectives. The Production Manager supports the growth of the HM Business in Mesquite, TX, through effective process management and team leadership.
Primary Responsibilities
The salary for this role is $100,000 - $123,000.

Position Overview

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand.
- Monitor production performance and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage budgets, costs, and resources to optimize production processes.
- Maintain quality control standards for all products produced.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production environment.
- Hire, train, and supervise production staff.
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to coordinate production and meet customer needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in production management.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing environments.
- Strong leadership and management skills, including team motivation and development.
- Proficiency with production management software and systems.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- 10 years of experience in manufacturing environments with advancement in production roles.
- In-depth knowledge of EH&S regulations, quality control, and risk management.
- Experience in production planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
The salary for this role is $100,000 - $123,000.
