This full-time hybrid role for an Account Coordinator involves account management and supporting our sales and consulting operations. The Coordinator will work closely with clients to address their needs, analyze account performance, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and business growth. Some responsibilities will be conducted remotely, but the role is primarily based in Cleveland, OH, allowing for a blend of in-office and work-from-home arrangements.
- Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Service
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Aptitude for team collaboration and problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in sales or consulting is a plus
