Description

SAIC seeks an experienced RAM Systems Developer for theGround-Based Radar (GBR) Maintenance and Sustainment Services (GMASS) contract. GMASS supports the US Space Force, Space Systems Command, in performing operational maintenance and sustainment of five Upgraded Early Warning Radars (UEWR), and one Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS). The ground-based radars are critical to US and Allied strategic missile warning, missile defense, and space domain awareness missions. The RAM Systems Developer will have strong skills in data analytics, metrics, and statistical analytics activities with the GMASS program teams (e.g., Integrated Product Support, Depot Maintenance, etc.). This position is in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Job Duties:
  • Build, maintain, and scale PowerBI dashboards, including DAX skills, data transformations in Power Query, and optimizing performance for large datasets.
  • Apply statistical methods like Weibull, Bayesian analysis, MTBF estimations, and regression analysis - ideally in a reliability engineering context.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 9+ years' of professional experience.
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Familiarity with automating data pulls from maintenance systems, preprocessing data, and ensuring clean data pipelines into PowerBI.
  • Understanding of MTBF, MTTF, Availability, Failure Modes, and maintenance data trends.

Desired:
  • Ability to support deep-dive reliability analysis, complex reliability distributions, Monte Carlo simulations (if required), or advanced Bayesian inference models and integrating results back into the dashboard.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
