We are seeking a dynamic Partner Engagement Manager to help us expand and scale our partnerships with hyperscalers and IT service suppliers.

Role Overview:

The Partner Engagement Manager will play a critical role in building and executing Aptly s partner strategy. This role will focus on developing co-sell partnerships with Microsoft, Google Cloud, and Oracle, as well as driving alliance relationships with IT service vendors to enable joint go-to-market (GTM) and solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a partner engagement plan aligned with Aptly s growth strategy.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with hyperscaler partner programs (Microsoft, Google, Oracle).
  • Coordinate co-sell motions, including MACC alignment, GTM planning, and deal registration with partner teams.
  • Cultivate relationships with IT service providers to enable collaboration, subcontracting, or resale partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, delivery, and marketing teams to package offerings for joint GTM initiatives.
  • Track partner engagement KPIs, program participation, and pipeline generation.
  • Represent Aptly at partner events, industry forums, and account planning sessions.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner or alliance management, preferably within the IT services or cloud technology ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Co-Sell Ready status, Google Cloud Partner Advantage, or Oracle Partner Network programs.
  • Proven success in driving joint GTM or co-sell initiatives.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
