Senior MSP Field Engineer/VMware/Azure

We're working with a fast-growing Managed Service Provider based out of Albany NY, looking to bring on a Senior Field Project Engineer for a full-time opportunity. This company partners with small-to-mid-sized businesses across industries to deliver best-in-class cloud, infrastructure, and virtualization solutions. You'll be on the frontlines deploying and architecting environments with a strong focus on VMware and Microsoft Azure.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years in an MSP or client-facing IT environment
Strong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi (design & deployment)
Solid proficiency with Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS solutions
Windows Server administration and migrations
Networking fundamentals (switching, firewalls, VLANs, VPN)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in the field

Desired Skills & Experience Microsoft 365 migrations and support
Azure AD, Intune, and Endpoint Manager
Experience with infrastructure-as-code (ARM, Bicep, or Terraform)
Exposure to backup & DR solutions (Veeam, Datto, etc.)
Certifications like Azure Administrator, VMware VCP, or MCSE are a plus
