We are looking for a skilled IT Software Development Manager to lead and oversee a team of technical professionals in Boise, Idaho. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic leadership, and strong communication skills to align team priorities with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful project execution, system optimization, and business growth.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of technical contributors, ensuring their development, productivity, and alignment with company objectives.
Oversee project management activities for the team, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business strategies.
Foster relationships with software and hardware vendors, managing engagements and ensuring effective collaboration.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, challenges, and key issues.
Collaborate with internal and external customers to gather functional requirements, write documentation, and perform testing.
Offer daily technical support, leveraging expertise to troubleshoot and implement solutions.
Review existing system configurations to identify improvement opportunities and deliver optimized solutions.
Coordinate upgrades, testing, and implementations for assigned systems and applications.
Partner with business leaders to address long-term needs and ensure resource availability for critical projects.
Develop and maintain audit processes to ensure systems operate as expected.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT software development and management roles.
Proven expertise with technologies such as Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM, and ERP solutions.
Strong understanding of API development, Agile Scrum methodologies, and application development.
Experience with IBM iSeries, ASP.NET, and WMS systems is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage resources, and align priorities with corporate goals.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with AB testing and technical documentation processes.
Ability to collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders effectively.
