We are seeking an experienced Procurement Process Specialist to support our team as an external contractor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mapping procurement processes across various buying channels, with a specific focus on identifying and optimizing the "5 way match " process (business need, contract, order, receipt, invoice). This role requires expertise in procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and strong analytical skills.

- Process Mapping: Map and document procurement processes across different buying channels, ensuring clarity and accuracy in depicting current workflows
- 5 Way Match Analysis: Analyze, evaluate and identify gaps on the 5 way match process (business need, contract, purchase order, receipt, invoice) across the different buying channels to ensure alignment with organizational critical controls in transaction processing
- Action Plan Development: Develop comprehensive action plans to address identified gaps and inefficiencies, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines
- Process Improvement: Recommend process improvements to streamline the procure-to-pay cycle and enhance compliance of 5-way-match requirements
- Documentation and Reporting: Create detailed process flows, documentation, and reports to communicate findings, action plans, and process improvements effectively
- Proven experience in procurement operations with a focus on procure-to-pay (P2P) processes
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in process mapping and gap analysis.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interview users and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in creating actionable plans and implementing process improvements.
- Familiarity with procurement tools (Coupa, Ariba, Vendor-Management-System)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture in complex processes.
