RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Santa Monica, CA that is seeking a Producer 2.
Summary:
The studio is looking for an experienced Producer to join our team. Qualified applicants need to be highly organized with strong communication skills and successfully support development teams. We're looking for someone with experience in coordinating, tracking, and managing production schedules and game features. The Producer will support cross-discipline teams of designers, artists, and engineers to ensure timely delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage production schedules, task-tracking, and feature backlogs

* Ensure teams understand goals and manage delivery through all phases of development
* Communicate identified risks in advance and support execution of mitigation plans

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-4 years of experience in production role in game development
* Demonstrated experience running cross-discipline teams using both Microsoft Office Suite as well as project management software such as Jira and Shotgrid
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaboratively solve problems to achieve production plans
Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience organizing and coordinating narrative, writing, or level teams in game development
* Skilled across all phases of game development and experienced delivering content with distributed team
* Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
* Diverse knowledge in all aspects of production methodologies
* Ability to build relationships with a wide range of personality types
* Strong self-motivation and attention to detail
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
