Adobe Journey Optimizer Developer/ (AJO) Tech Lead (Pharma Domain Experience Required)
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Adobe Journey Optimizer campaigns and workflows based on business requirements and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for campaigns.
Configure and test Adobe Journey Optimizer campaigns and workflows to ensure accurate tracking, targeting, and messaging.
Troubleshoot campaign issues and provide technical support to the marketing team.
Implement best practices for data management, segmentation, personalization, and automation within Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Collaborate with other members of the development team to ensure campaigns integrate seamlessly with other technologies and systems.
Stay up to date with the latest Adobe Journey Optimizer features and capabilities and make recommendations.
Document and maintain technical documentation for campaigns and workflows.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of Adobe Journey Optimizer campaigns and workflows.
Ensure compliance with all relevant privacy and security regulations and standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
Experience working in large scale technology delivery initiatives.
1.5+ years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer development and implementation.
AJO experience with related technologies preferred
Hands on experience on Adobe Journey optimizer (AJO) APIs and Application knowledge
Understanding of AJO Data model and SQL
Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including data management, segmentation, personalization, and automation.
Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo, Eloqua, or Pardot.
Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud technologies, such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.
Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Ability to work in a team and help in team's expansion
Ability to speak the language of business community and communicate well with business stakeholders
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and experience ensuring compliance in healthcare or pharmaceutical projects is required
