RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Consultant in Herndon, VA.
Overview:
We are looking for a high caliber, multidimensional ServiceNow ITOM Solution Consultant to provide CMDB and Service Mapping modeling and advisory for clients. You will be working with our clients to model network, storage, and other infrastructure in within the CMDB. Efforts will include assessing current state processes and tools, defining solution requirements including integrations, architecture, and implementation plans.
REQUIREMENTS:
* ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Discovery
* ServiceNow Micro-certifications in CMDB
* 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience
* 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITILx and CMDB processes and solutions
* 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow with a strong focus on the CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Enterprise Architecture (formerly APM) and integrations
* Successful candidates will have a strong background in IT Service Management processes and solutions and possess expertise with depth in ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping as both implementation work and oversight of team members are required
* Expertise in at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
* Deep expertise in Common Service Data Model (CSDM) 4.0 and consulting on implementation with large enterprises
* Deep experience modeling network, storage and compute infrastructure in ServiceNow CMDB
* Understanding of application and infrastructure architectures as they apply to CMDB population, including cloud, networking, compute platforms, containers, and application services
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
