Key Responsibilities:
- Controls software Design & Development:
- Develop and optimize controls logic architectures for construction equipment, including controllers, sensors, displays, and actuators.
- Define software requirements, technical specifications, and interfaces for hardware and software components.
- Integration & Testing:
- Lead the integration of controls software into construction vehicles, ensuring compatibility and seamless operation.
- Conduct simulation, validation, and testing of controls software to ensure functionality, reliability, and compliance with safety standards.
- Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with mechanical, hydraulic, and systems teams to achieve controls software objectives.
- Provide technical support during prototyping, production, and field testing phases.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in vehicle controls logic in construction domain.
- Recommend and implement innovative solutions to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including schematics, flowcharts, and test reports.
