Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud EBS Techno-Functional Lead with a strong background in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to lead the analysis, design, development, and support of Oracle ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge functional and technical requirements, providing end-to-end support for Oracle EBS modules while leveraging OIC for cloud integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust ERP solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead techno-functional activities across Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud environments.

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyze existing processes, and design solutions.

Develop and support integrations between Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, and third-party systems using OIC.

Act as SME for core EBS modules (Financials, SCM, Order Management, Procurement, Projects, etc.)

Create detailed technical specifications and functional documentation.

Build, customize, and troubleshoot Oracle workflows, PL/SQL programs, interfaces, and reports.

Manage data migration, data mapping, and transformation using OIC.

Support system configurations, patches, and upgrades across EBS and Cloud.

Perform impact analysis and regression testing for changes and upgrades.

Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members and support resources.

Coordinate with Oracle Support and Cloud Operations as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of Oracle EBS (R12) techno-functional experience.

5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Strong understanding of EBS architecture, APIs, and schemas.

Proficient in PL/SQL, XML, BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, and Workflow Builder.

Experience with EBS modules such as AP, AR, GL, PO, OM, INV, and Projects.

Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP and its integration capabilities.

Proven track record of developing and supporting integrations between on-premise and cloud systems.

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
