Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and technically skilled professional to join our litigation support team. This hybrid role is based in Denver, CO and will involve working closely with document processing operations to support high-profile legal matters. Ideal candidates are those who thrive in fast-paced legal environments, have a passion for eDiscovery, and are capable of managing complex data processing and document workflows. Expertise in Relativity is essential, along with strong communication and technical troubleshooting abilities. The role also encompasses vendor coordination, process enhancement initiatives, and hands-on support with document-related tasks.




Key Responsibilities:




  • Provide advanced user support in Relativity, including assisting with platform migration to RelOne.




  • Collaborate with attorneys to run search terms, apply data filters, and streamline document sets for review.




  • Use built-in Relativity features to prepare documents for legal review and production.




  • Handle end-to-end data processing, including loading and exporting data sets, resolving metadata issues, and ensuring compliance with ESI protocols.




  • Coordinate with external partners to manage hosted data and support project deliverables.




  • Manage task prioritization and provide timely status updates on workstreams.




  • Conduct thorough quality checks and ensure production standards are met before data delivery.




  • Organize and track client data throughout its lifecycle.




  • Offer frontline support to users navigating eDiscovery platforms.




  • Contribute to process refinement and follow established workflows and procedures.




  • Maintain data security and chain of custody using secure file-sharing platforms like Sharefile.




  • Assist with physical document handling, including printing, copying, scanning, and assembly.




  • Operate high-capacity copiers for large-volume production and resolve minor technical issues as needed.






Additional Expectations:
This role may evolve over time and include other tasks or responsibilities as business needs shift.




Qualifications:




  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and proven experience.




  • Prior experience in a law firm or legal vendor environment is highly desirable.




  • Proficiency with Relativity is required; an RCA certification is advantageous.




  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a strong focus on accuracy and task documentation.




  • Skilled in translating technical information for non-technical audiences and resolving tech-related challenges.




  • Hands-on experience with data transfer, processing, load file management, and production prep using tools such as Sharefile and Excel.
