Instructor Trainer

These Instructor Trainer will be working to develop, implement, and provide role and scenario-based training materials (written, recorded, and in person) for the purposes of end users, external users, and administrators of the enterprise in Salesforce. Duties will involve the creation of both written and recorded webinar training materials for agency and external users. This position may be required to provide in-person training to system users, based on needs of the agency.
Position will be 2 days (Mondays and Fridays) remote and 3 days (Tuesdays-Thursdays) on-site.

	8	Required	Experience in curriculum development and instructional design
	4	Preferred	Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
	4	Preferred	Experience with instructional design and training materials of Information Technology applications or systems
	4	Preferred	Strong presentation and facilitation skills
	4	Preferred	Excellent written communication abilities
