Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven IT Sales Professional with a proven track record of bringing in new direct end clients (not consulting firms) and closing IT staffing deals. This is a pure hunting role focused on identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities within mid-to-large enterprise accounts ($300M to $1B+ in revenue).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers responsible for IT application development staffing needs.
  • Research and analyze target accounts to qualify their potential as long-term clients.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to penetrate 5000+ new West Coast client email contacts, driving engagement and sales.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, from lead generation to closure, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, and Outlook.
  • Secure and manage client meetings, proposals, and negotiations to achieve sales goals.
  • Draft compelling outreach emails and PowerPoint presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Report weekly/monthly progress and forecasting using Excel and CRM tools.
  • Handle critical issues with professionalism and provide timely resolution in collaboration with internal delivery teams.
  • Understand and sell IT staffing services, focusing on roles related to IT application development.
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in IT sales with a focus on new business development (hunter role).
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new direct end clients, not consulting firms like Wipro, TCS, Infosys, etc.
  • Strong client relationship history with mid to large enterprises (please list client company names and job titles held by your client contacts in past roles).
  • Experience with the following tools: Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Cold calling and email campaign tools
