From desk to factory floor to job sites and client meetings, you will be challenged to develop your skills in a new field, taking a critical role in project delivery via the DMC methodology

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Central Developer with strong experience in both development and functional consulting. This role will collaborate closely with teams across Finance, Operations, and Technology to analyze business needs, configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and develop custom solutions that drive efficiency and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Development & Customization
Design, develop, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL language, Visual Studio Code, and the Extensions model.
Build and implement custom tables, pages, reports, and APIs tailored to business needs.
Integrate Business Central with third-party applications and external data sources via APIs, OData, and Power Automate.
Functional Analysis & Support
Partner with business users to gather, analyze, and document ERP enhancement requirements.
Configure Business Central workflows, reports, permissions, and roles to support operational processes.
Provide technical and functional support to Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams, including issue troubleshooting and resolution.
Process Optimization & Improvement
Identify areas for ERP process optimization and implement Business Central best practices.
Support enhancements to financial, supply chain, and manufacturing workflows.
Assist in data migration, system upgrades, testing, and deployment efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise
Proven experience developing in AL for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Deep understanding of Business Central architecture, extensions, and customization standards.
Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
Hands-on experience with API integrations, web services, and SQL queries.
Proficient in Visual Studio Code, Git, and DevOps best practices.
Functional & Business Acumen
Working knowledge of core ERP modules, especially finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
Experience configuring Business Central to meet business needs and support end-user workflows.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
General Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in Business Central development or functional consulting.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Capable of managing tasks and projects independently, while collaborating cross-functionally.
Clear and effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred / Bonus Skills
Experience working with Azure services integrated with Business Central.
Familiarity with legacy C/AL development for Microsoft NAV.
Understanding of SOX compliance and audit requirements within ERP systems.
