ISO Manufacturing Assembly Technician (ONSITE)(2nd Shift)
Location will be in Cedar Creek, TX 78612.
Please note that this is a 6 to 18-month contract position.
This is for 2nd shift. However training will take place on 1st shift
- 2nd shift is 1pm-930pm
- Training is 1-2 weeks and it's from 7am-5:30pm.
Qualifications
High School degree or equivalent.
Certified training or specialization a plus
Competency with all Microsoft office applications.
Familiarity with controlled environments and working to a standard such as ISO or FDA compliance.
Familiarity with standardized work and shift work setting.
Typically, at least 3-6 years of relevant experience in a lab automated of factory assembly or automated setting.
Job Description:
Responsible for performing a variety of technical support duties in one or more manufacturing areas supporting our Magnis or Index product lines.
Ability to read and interpret documents and standard procedures.
Competency in lab settings or manufacture assembly line settings.
Sets up and operates automated equipment/industrial robot(s) to manufacture products according to specifications.
Conforms to all safety regulations and wears proper safety equipment.
Reads process order and work instructions to determine prescribed setup and operation.
Loads program/recipe into a machine to retrieve the correct program from the computer.
Operates automated equipment, observes operation, and monitors machine for malfunctions and error messages.
Enter and interpret data using spreadsheets and computer software.
Inspects finished product for conformance to specifications.
