Supply Chain Planner

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on sales trends, historical data, and market insights.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to ensure materials availability.
- Create and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and minimize excess inventory.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, production, logistics, and finance to support operational goals.
- Identify supply chain risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems to generate accurate supply plans and reports.
- Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements for better supply chain performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain planning or related role.
- Proficiency in supply planning software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
