The hiring range for this position in Glendale is $64,300-$86,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

- Design, create, and execute compelling graphics and presentations for internal & external communications
- Help develop new ways of visualizing information to attract attention, convey intricate thoughts or simplify complex processes
- Deliver high-quality output with an eye for detail and audience engagement
- Proactively identify relevant assets and information needed to assemble presentation materials
- Collaborate/coordinate with team members and other communication partners as projects dictate
- Actively engage with the team in brainstorms and contribute suggestions and ideas to help elevate communications overall
What you bring to the role…
- Strong visual design background with experience creating themed presentations, preferably in Keynote, PowerPoint and/or Canva
- Ability to absorb complex information and translate into engaging messages accessible to a wide audience
- Demonstrated thoughtful design, typographic skills, color theory, and professional judgment in solving layout and hierarchy challenges
- Self-motivated and effective worker with the ability to go above and beyond to consistently deliver extremely high-quality materials on short timeframes
- Effective communication, verbal and written, with other team members and other groups to ensure content is accurate and appropriate
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment
- Ability to actively listen and ask questions to understand core communication goals to develop the most effective visuals
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, PowerPoint and/or Canva, and Microsoft office
- Experience creating content for social media accounts with timely, compelling, highly visual content
- Strong interest in problem-solving and strategic thinking to elevate communications overall
- Some familiarity with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, editing in Premier or Final Cut Pro, content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and the creative process for photography is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college/university majoring in Graphic Design (or comparable major)
