We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to support our Domain Owners with various administrative tasks and reporting duties. This role is crucial in ensuring that our Domain Owners can focus on strategic initiatives by handling the operational and administrative workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Domain Owners with administrative tasks related to contracts, purchase orders (POs), and other domain-specific actions.

• Report on the success and progress of various tasks and projects.

• Communicate effectively with vendors and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure all necessary actions are completed.

• Provide support in organizing and maintaining documentation and records.

• Take directions from Domain Owners and lead on specific tasks as required.

• Work independently, taking initiative without direction from Domain Owners.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.

• Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of successful communication and accountability working remotely.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong analytical mindset.

• Professional communication skills.

• Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.

• Highly organized.

• Ability to navigate a complex organization and identify areas of inefficiency.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to track the progress of document movement through processes.

• Ability to report out with accuracy and follow up on items as directed.

• Previous experience in an administrative or support role is preferred.

• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.

• A proactive attitude, able to take initiative without direction from Domain Owners.
