Job Details

Responsibilities -
+ Perform engineering calculations for HVAC and plumbing systems
+ Design piping and ductwork systems using Revit and AutoCAD
+ Select appropriate system equipment to meet project requirements
+ Develop HVAC control system designs and perform commissioning and performance analysis
+ Collaborate with fabricators, installers, programmers, and other design/construction trades to ensure seamless execution
+ Participate in cross-training and support collaboration within the engineering team
+ Contribute to project documentation and ensure alignment with company standards and timelines

Must Have / Background -
+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, ideally within HVAC or plumbing
+ Familiarity with Revit or other modeling tools and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
+ Strong understanding of engineering principles including fluid mechanics, heat transfer, thermodynamics, and psychrometric analysis
+ Knowledge of building codes, plumbing codes, material specifications, and system sizing
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, and organizational abilities
+ Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
