Job Details
- Proactively monitor and troubleshoot product and process quality at the supplier level
- Lead audits of supplier systems, identify gaps, and drive CAPA resolution
- Collaborate on validation plans (IQ/OQ/PQ), process qualifications, and equipment commissioning
- Review and approve supplier change requests with focus on risk, validation, and compliance
- Evaluate quality data to support continuous improvement initiatives and prevent issues
- Interpret and apply FDA, GMP, ISO, and internal quality system regulations
- Represent supplier quality during new product development projects
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready systems
- Act as a mentor to junior engineers and quality technicians
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in supplier quality or manufacturing quality
- Deep understanding of FDA/GMP regulations and ISO 13485
- Experience with process validations, root cause analysis, and audit execution
- Strong technical and interpersonal skills - able to influence across teams
