We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Manager Engineer & Maintenance to join our team in the manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that calls for a leader who can oversee and manage the maintenance and engineering department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, direction, and coordination of all maintenance operations, ensuring the smooth running of equipment and machinery, and the implementation of effective maintenance strategies. This position requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing and leading a team of engineers and maintenance staff.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
2. Direct and manage maintenance and engineering personnel to meet the company's objectives.
3. Oversee the installation, repair, and upkeep of the company's manufacturing equipment and infrastructure.
4. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure equipment and systems meet safety standards.
5. Manage the budget and ensure cost-effectiveness for the maintenance department.
6. Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
7. Coordinate with other departments in implementing new engineering projects.
8. Analyze key maintenance parameters and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
10. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
2. Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification or equivalent is required.
3. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial role in maintenance and engineering in a manufacturing environment.
4. Proven experience in managing and leading a team of engineers and maintenance staff.
5. Excellent knowledge of the technical aspects of machinery, equipment, and systems used in manufacturing.
6. Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations in the manufacturing industry.
7. Excellent project management skills.
8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
9. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
10. Proficiency in using various software for maintenance management and data analysis.
