Title: Sales & Growth Partner (Freelance / Part-Time / Contract)

We’re building a next-gen content and communications agency that helps founders, investors, and executive leaders clarify their message and scale their visibility, starting with sharp long-form content, social strategy, and original thought leadership.
I’m looking for a Sales & Growth Partner who can help us sell this vision, find aligned clients, and shape how we go to market.
This is a collaborative role, not “go sell this deck.”
You’ll work closely with the founder to:
• Identify and qualify new opportunities (warm leads, intros, communities, etc.)
• Craft messaging for cold outreach and referrals
• Book and prep for sales calls
• Refine our positioning and pitch as we scale
• Help build our outbound and inbound systems (newsletter, Substack, Notion CRM, etc.)
You might be a fit if you:
• Love talking to people and spotting where something clicks
• Are comfortable in ambiguity and want to help build the sales process, not just follow it
• Have experience selling services or creative strategy to startup founders, VCs, or execs
• Think deeply, ask good questions, and can write sharp, human outreach copy
• Want to grow something early, not just execute someone else’s playbook
Commitment:
• 5–10 hours/week to start
• Freelance, with potential for retainer + commission model
• Ideally NYC-based or open to live selling experiences (events, convos, etc.)
