What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting across sales, marketing, and other go-to-market teams.
- Partner with hiring managers to define search strategies, shape process, and calibrate on what great looks like.
- Source, engage, and close high-performing candidates across a range of business roles.
- Use data to identify friction points in pipeline or process and iterate quickly.
- Deliver a thoughtful, candidate-first experience from outreach to offer.
- Contribute to broader recruiting team strategy, tooling, and process as we scale.
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong track record across sales, marketing, or other go-to-market roles.
- You know how to close — especially in competitive markets where speed and candidate experience matter.
- Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and operate with high ownership.
- Comfortable managing multiple roles at once across functions and seniority levels.
- Creative and resourceful sourcer who builds tight pipelines with high signal.
- Clear communicator, trusted partner, and strong internal operator.
- Experience with Greenhouse and Gem is a plus.
