Support for ProLogic People Administrators could include:
- Creating documents
- Doing research
- Making employee data changes & run reports using various HRIS systems
- Administrative pre-payroll preparation
- Execute payroll
Support for ProLogic Recruiters could include:
- Scheduling interviews
- Sending assessments and email communication with candidates
- Conducting initial phone screening interviews
Business & Leadership Support:
- Posting on LinkedIn with pre-determined messages
- Researching blog post ideas
- Scheduling meetings
- Project support as directed by leadership
The Administrative Coordinator will:
